Inspiring Access is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the Austin, Texas area, dedicated to helping adults with disabilities secure social development and employment opportunities through shared stories that inspire opportunity, independence, and inclusion.

Our Mission is to help adults with disabilities navigate the world of independent living by sharing the stories of individuals, families, and employers who are actively working to improve the lives of adults with disabilities. Together we can inspire others to share their story, and help open doors and create opportunities.

Our Vision is to create a world that is more inclusive for adults with disabilities. Where opportunities for employment and independent living are made more widely available.
